Inn at Night - From River_edited_edited.jpg

Nestled on the banks of the Muskoka River in Bracebridge, Ontario, Inn at the Falls is perfectly situated in one of Ontario’s most picturesque towns, and at the centre of the world renowned Muskoka region. Comprised of an impressive 1870’s estate home and a neighboring building complex overlooking Muskoka River,  Inn at the Falls exudes a quaint and cozy atmosphere.

Inn at the Falls is a boutique Inn, located in downtown Bracebridge, with a stunning view of Muskoka River and amazing interior and outdoor spaces.

Inn at the Falls has 2 buildings, The Victorian House and The Mews, offering our guests 20 rooms, 10 rooms in the Victorian House, and 10 lake view rooms with balconies in the Mews. The Victorian House also has 2 rooms with lake view and balcony and the rest are cozy rooms providing a relaxing stay no matter whether you are traveling for work or leisure.

There is a renovated Gastropub and restaurant served by a completely redesigned and renovated kitchen.

The Victorian House was built in the 1870s, which was Judge Mahaffy’s house. Judge Mahaffy was the first district judge for Muskoka.

When you are ready, take a stroll on Manitoba Street which is only 2 minutes away from the Inn at the Falls. Or following a trail in front of The Mews building, you will arrive at the Wharf Road next to Muskoka River, which provides public access to water activities, beach and swimming platform.

There are tales that people have seen Judge Mahaffy and his family member’s spirit. With the building with such rich history, it’s not surprising. You do not need to get alarmed, those spirits are fun, playful and not spooky at all. We have a spirit room (room 105) with activities of the spirits. We love to hear what our guests experienced in the Spirit Room, some do, some don’t.

Following exhibits the history of our property.
