We are located at 8 Mahaffy Court, Bracebridge, ON P1L 2A6, in the heart of Muskoka. We're nestled on the banks of the Muskoka River, just steps from downtown Bracebridge.

What is your deposit fee?

A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment is due at check in.

What is your cancellation policy?

Yes, we offer a complimentary continental breakfast for all our guests served daily between 6 am and 10 am. On Sundays, our onsite restaurant, Basilico, offers an amazing brunch. Don't forget your 10% off coupon provided to all guests.

Do you offer room service?

While we don't currently offer room service, our front desk team is always happy to explore options and help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Can I request early check-in?

Early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange. There may be an additional fee depending on the time requested.

What about late check-in?

Late check-in is available. Please inform us of your expected arrival time so we can make arrangements. For arrivals after 9 PM, please call ahead to coordinate.

Can I request late check-out?

Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. A fee may apply depending on the departure time. Please inquire at the front desk.

Is the hotel pet friendly?

Yes we are pet friendly. We have a pet cleaning fee which is payable upon check in.

Do you offer group rates?
